PR MANAGER (part-time)

Location: San Francisco (USA) or anywhere in the US (home office)


_Gain positive media stories (television, radio, print and online)

_Develop strategic communications plans

_Develop and draft press releases, media pitches and advertorial content.

_Track and analyze media coverage /results and create and updates media lists.

_Initiate, develop and draft media pitches and respond to media inquiries. 

_Manage Public Relations driven social media and internal communications initiatives. 

_Assist in managing media-related special events. 

_Perform media tracking and analysis of JOY stories and local competitors.

_Implement strategic local media initiatives outside of traditional media pitching. 



_Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or a related field

_Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. 

_Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information
